Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling tasks and ensuring that products and guest interactions are in line with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's vision.
• Focus on completing tasks swiftly and effectively to achieve operational excellence in every aspect of your work.
• Following Chick-fil-A standards, you will be tasked with preparing, assembling, and distributing products to the food stations.
• Engage in effective and transparent communication with team peers and leaders.
• Keep upright for periods as long as 5 hours.
• Primary mathematical and scaling aptitudes.
• Sustain a clean and safe environment within the restaurant through actions like mopping, sweeping, disposing of trash, cleaning, and caring for equipment.
• Regardless of being busy in the kitchen, it is crucial to greet guests politely.
• Placing supplies from trucks into their designated storage spots.
• Capable of hoisting objects up to 45 pounds in weight.
• Consistently presenting oneself in a clean and well-dressed manner to maintain a professional image.

Requriments:

• Opening shifts can begin as early as 4 AM and end no later than 2 pm.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet plan eligibility requirements.
