Job Summary:

As a Back of Food Preparation Worker at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and securely prepare, cook, and assemble different types of food items
• Attain proficiency in all kitchen sections, from prepping ingredients to coating, frying, assembling dishes, and handling kitchen tasks meticulously
• Ensure cleanliness and organization are maintained in the kitchen consistently
• Ensure that there is an ample supply of materials and components available at all times
• Stick to Chick-fil-A's directives on maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Get acquainted with and adhere to the updated menu releases and training processes
• Alert management promptly of any equipment concerns that arise
• Conclude the allocated duties for opening or closing procedures
• Comply with the company's regulations, procedures, and dress code expectations
• Carry out additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ensuring uniformity, trustworthiness, and timeliness is paramount
• Adopting an upbeat attitude and embodying a service-oriented mindset
• Demonstrating proficiency in interpersonal interactions and communication
• Skilled at balancing different tasks at once and staying structured in a quick-paced atmosphere
• Efficient in managing tasks independently or in conjunction with a team
• Adaptable availability for various time slots
• - The position requires regular lifting of 45-50 lbs
• Able to withstand standing for long periods
• The appropriate candidate will receive training, regardless of previous experience

Salary:

• The compensation package is designed to pay between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and scheduling commitments
