As a Back of Food Prep Associate at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently manage the preparation, cooking, and assembling of various food items
• Attain proficiency in all kitchen sections, from prepping ingredients to coating, frying, assembling dishes, and handling kitchen tasks meticulously
• The kitchen should consistently exhibit cleanliness and organization
• Maintain a constant check on the stock of supplies and ingredients and refill as needed
• Implement Chick-fil-A's recommended practices for food safety and sanitation
• Grasp and execute the latest menu rollouts and training procedures
• Speedily report equipment issues to those in charge
• Execute the necessary tasks for the commencement or conclusion of work shifts
• Ensure strict adherence to the organization's guidelines, regulations, and expectations for personal presentation
• Undertake supplementary obligations as instructed

Salary:

• The compensation package is designed to pay between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and scheduling commitments
