Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations and functional domains within the restaurant
• Deliver guidance and support to build a capable leadership team and workforce that excels in their roles
• Consistently deliver top-notch customer service while meeting Chick-fil-A's hospitality criteria
• Meet the necessary criteria to guarantee compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
• Secure sales development, financial viability, and operational excellence
• Lead efforts to involve the community and maintain a positive public reputation
• Support the company by facilitating the implementation of strategies, policies, and training programs
• Utilize data analysis to support decision-making processes and assess performance regularly
• Promote and embody the essential values and mission of Chick-fil-A
• Establish a working relationship with the Owner/Operator to drive towards common business goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum five years of significant leadership background required, with a preference for experience in the restaurant or retail sectors
• Complete availability throughout the week, encompassing early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by the job
• Confirmed capability in leading, advising, and enhancing the skills of others
• Strong communication capabilities and adept interpersonal interactions are fundamental proficiencies
• A hospitality professional should embody a customer-oriented outlook, self-awareness, and a dedication to personal advancement
• Dependable transportation and the commitment to working over 45 hours per week are prerequisites
