The key objective of this role is to receive, process and document incoming shipments, assist with inventory reconciliation, manage outgoing parcels, and keep the warehouse clean.

Qualifications:

• Obtaining a high school degree or its equivalent signifies that a person has attained a certain level of knowledge and skill in their education
• This position mandates that all applicants possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• The education and certification process for individuals learning to operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks
• A strong foundation in basic computer and math skills can make it easier to learn and succeed in more advanced courses and career paths
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Capability to identify a limited number of words with two or three syllables and differentiate between them in English and series of numbers
• The aptitude to create and pronounce simple phrases in English with clarity
• The capacity to carry out basic mathematical operations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, including those that involve two digits and multiples of 10 and 100, is significant
• Proficiency in using personal discretion to interpret and carry out verbal instructions
• Aptitude to tackle dilemmas comprising of a single definite factor in regular scenarios
• Proficiency with computer applications including Excel, Outlook, and SAP is a valuable skill to have in today's job market
