The starting hourly wage ranges from $8.65 for individuals under 18 to $13 for those 18 and older, depending on their experience.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous manner to ensure their satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to customers on the product offerings and promotional opportunities in the dining room.
• Extend superior hospitality by personally showing guests to their table.
• Provide timely and satisfactory solutions to any concerns raised by guests to ensure their experience is smooth and enjoyable.
• Take proactive steps to sanitize tables and chairs to maintain hygiene standards.
• Provide mint candies to diners upon completing their meals.
• Facilitate a clean and orderly dining room by managing garbage removal.
• Beam brightly and engage with people in a genial and inviting method.
• Develop strategies to facilitate communication between the front counter and dining room teams.
• Consistently practicing sanitation and safety protocols is crucial.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Only those 16 and above are allowed to participate.
• Meeting availability prerequisites is compulsory, with weekend inclusion covering Fridays and Saturdays.
• Competence in using a cash register is required.
• Ability to efficiently multitask and maintain a swift work rhythm.
• Highlights their team-oriented mindset, flexibility, reliability, and strong work dedication.
• Showing a bright perspective and a customer-oriented philosophy.
• Capacity to effectively converse with customers and co-workers.
• Successful candidates will need to meet the physical expectations of the job, which include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50lbs.

Salary:

Individuals who are 18 years old and above are eligible for an hourly pay of $13, whereas those under 18 will receive $8.65 per hour.
