Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and lead the operational activities across all functional areas of the restaurant
  • Establish and nurture a high-achieving leadership cadre and workforce through mentorship and guidance
  • Ensure top-tier customer service delivery and preservation of Chick-fil-A's hospitality benchmarks
  • Comply with guidelines regarding food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene requirements
  • Drive an increase in sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Drive participation from the community while upholding a strong public perception
  • Support the company by helping to put into action its strategies, policies, and training initiatives
  • Continually assess performance metrics to make informed choices
  • Represent and advance the central values and vision of Chick-fil-A
  • Partner with the Owner/Operator to establish shared business goals and objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have at least five years of experience in high-level leadership positions, with a preference for candidates with a background in restaurants or retail
  • Required to be present and ready for work at any time, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as the situation demands
  • Confirmed capability in leading, advising, and enhancing the skills of others
  • Robust communication skills and effective interpersonal relationships are vital competencies
  • Individuals in hospitality should prioritize a customer-centric approach, self-reflection, and a proactive attitude towards improvement
  • A reliable mode of transportation and a promise to fulfill a minimum of 45 hours per week are necessary
