Responsibilities:

• Understand the menu items well to accurately present the offerings to guests
• Ensure a superior experience for all patrons opting for To-Go orders
• Aid guests in placing To-Go orders over the phone and adhere to the three-ring response time
• Follow the correct sequence when inputting orders
• Competent in operating POS terminals to conduct financial transactions
