The starting pay scale ranges from $8.65 per hour for employees under 18 to $13 per hour for those who are 18 and older, taking into consideration their experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests warmly and attending to their needs with enthusiasm, courtesy, and a hospitable approach.
• Help educate guests on the range of product options and promotional deals in the dining room.
• Enhance the dining experience by assisting patrons in finding their table.
• Ensure that guest complaints are handled promptly and appropriately to create a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Take the initiative to sanitize tables and chairs preemptively.
• Offer a mint to guests as a refreshing treat post-meal.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room through proper waste management.
• Share a smile and establish rapport with people in a cheerful and sociable style.
• Implement mechanisms to enhance communication flow between the front counter and dining room staff.
• Remain diligent in following sanitation and safety protocols without compromise.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The age criterion for this is a minimum of 16 years.
• Fulfillment of availability obligations, specifically regarding weekends such as Fridays and Saturdays, is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing a cash register is a key requirement.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work at a quick speed.
• Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork, flexibility, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Adopting a positive mindset and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in connecting with guests and coworkers through effective communication.
• Prospective employees should be capable of meeting the physical challenges of the position, such as standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 50lbs.

Salary:

If you are 18 years old or older, you will be paid $13 per hour, and if you are under 18, you will earn $8.65 per hour as a starting wage.
