You will play a vital role in our kitchen team, responsible for cooking dishes accurately, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring all plates served meet our high standards. Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
• Begin by preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and dividing items
• Employ various cooking approaches like grilling, baking, frying, boiling, and more to cook a diverse array of menu items
• Monitor the cooking progress closely to ensure that the food is prepared and timed correctly
• Confirm that the presentation of all meals is visually appealing before serving
• Sustain a neat, disinfected, and structured kitchen setting
• Safeguard the freshness and safety of food and supplies through effective storage practices
• Confirm and uphold the superiority of the ingredients incorporated
• Manage inventory tracking and identify shortages or initiate procurement actions as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrable hands-on experience as a cook in a professional culinary space
• Deep understanding of assorted cooking techniques and culinary equipment
• Being aware of proper sanitation and safety protocols while cooking is necessary
• Displaying the ability to handle numerous tasks concurrently and deliver results even in high-pressure circumstances
• Proficient in teamwork and adept at conveying ideas clearly to others
• Apt for extended standing periods and lifting responsibilities
• A culinary school diploma is advantageous, but the minimum requirement is a high school diploma or an approved equivalent
