Job Summary:

As a Back of Chick-fil-A Food Service Operator at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Skillfully and securely prepare, cook, and assemble food items
• Excel in various kitchen stations, including preparing ingredients, breading, frying, plating, and utilizing cutting boards effectively
• It is essential to uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen without exceptions
• Replenish supplies and ingredients as necessary
• Maintain adherence to Chick-fil-A's specified rules for food safety and sanitation
• Master and adhere to revised menu assignments and training procedures
• Notify supervisors without delay if there are any equipment issues
• Carry out the appropriate duties assigned for opening or closing procedures

Salary:

• Experience plays a role in determining the salary, which falls between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour
